Role overview

Robertson is recruiting a Program Manager, Non-IT IV for a client financial institution to support an existing vacancy.

Contract and pay

  • Contract period is 12 months with potential to extend.
  • Starting pay rate is CAD 64 per hour.

Work arrangement and hours

  • The role is hybrid in Toronto, Ontario.
  • Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data governance roadmap and delivery initiatives; gather and document business requirements.
  • Create and prioritize epics, features, and user stories; lead agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery teams.
  • Engage business and technology stakeholders; monitor project risks, dependencies, and progress.
  • Develop executive presentations, status reports, and business cases; drive governance adoption, training, and change management.
  • Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field is required.
  • 8+ years in program management, product management, data governance, data and analytics, or enterprise technology delivery is required.
  • Strong background in data governance, data and analytics, enterprise technology implementations, agile delivery, stakeholder management, and organizational change management.
  • Data governance expertise includes metadata management, data quality, lineage, data access, governance controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms and tools such as Databricks Unity Catalog, Microsoft Azure, Informatica IDMC, Power BI, and JIRA.
  • Financial services or insurance regulated-industry experience, consulting experience, and governance operating model and business case experience are listed.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, Data Governance, Cloud Technologies, or Product Management are listed.
