Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and ensure projects follow defined processes, quality assurance standards, and service level agreements.
- Monitor project performance against success criteria and escalate risks or issues; continuously improve delivery processes.
- Manage digital projects from briefing and planning through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Coordinate design, development, content, and account-handling teams; track timelines, resources, dependencies, and milestones.
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact and manage delivery expectations, quality assurance, and stakeholder relationships.
- Align website delivery with go-to-market strategy and digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor budgets and expenditure, manage scope changes, and report status, risks, and financial performance to senior management.
- Maintain detailed, current project documentation and communicate it clearly.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SaaS-based projects and a strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
- Experience managing multiple digital projects concurrently from brief to delivery.
- Experience providing process expertise and administrative support, defining processes, creating templates, maintaining project documents, and defining best practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and with project management methodologies.
- Computer Science graduate with project management experience and training in project management methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or another project management certification is preferred.
- Strong communication, MIS, presentation, leadership, management, time management, and multitasking skills.
