Program Manager

Position summary

Delivery coordination and planning

• Coordinate planning, backlog readiness, dependency management, release planning, and PI Planning.
• Track risks, blockers, dependencies, commitments, decisions, and actions through resolution or completion.
• Maintain work visibility and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Help Product Managers and Product Owners prepare planning work and meet Definition of Ready standards.
• Validate that acceptance criteria are clear, measurable, and testable, and confirm UX participation where needed.

Agile operations and reporting

• Coordinate planning logistics, meeting schedules, and communications across teams and product lines.
• Maintain Jira dashboards and KPI reporting; monitor predictability, throughput, lead time, dependency aging, unplanned work, and flow metrics.
• Partner with leaders to improve reporting data quality and provide actionable trend insights.
• Establish meeting standards and improve recurring meetings, operating cadences, and planning processes.

Process improvement

• Support workflow improvements, operational standards, automation, and AI-assisted workflow enhancements.
• Document procedures, templates, governance models, and best practices to improve consistency and scale.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Agile Delivery Management, Product Operations, or similar operational leadership.
• Experience supporting software development organizations using Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks; experience facilitating planning, backlog refinement, release planning, or PI Planning.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work involving Product, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with Jira and Agile planning tools, and creating reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Professional fluency in English and French.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, ERP, CRM, CPQ, or related technology environments.
• SAFe certification (SA, SPC, RTE, POPM, or equivalent).
• Experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Appfire Flow, multiple development teams, Product Operations or PMO, engineering process improvement, or AI-assisted workflow automation.

Workplace

• Described as a hybrid role, with the ideal candidate able to work from the Terrebonne office upon request or work remotely in the US.
