  • Lead / Manage DEC product programs- plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Lead DEC product through the Delphi Product Development Process
  • Manage Program Risk and deliverables using various tools including Issues Lists, Risk Assessment, and Imperative Trackers, BoM Summaries, Operating System Assessments, Lessons-Learned/Reflections Listing, etc.
  • Obtain program financial appropriation & capital funding releases, support capital forecast updates, coordinate business case updates, manage cost reduction opportunities
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Manage program risk activities; escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Lead cross functional teams, lead workshops, conduct required gate reviews, escalate risk issues for resolution
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Assure that project timing is met and plan for Flawless Launch
