Requirements

• Considerable knowledge of
• Bone marrow transplant and cellular therapy principles, practices, clinical standards, emerging therapies, and care delivery models; Relevant federal and state laws, regulations, accreditation standards, organizational policies, clinical standards of care, documentation requirements, quality improvement principles, and regulatory requirements;
• Knowledge of management and leadership principles and practices, including program planning, staff development, resource management, fiscal stewardship, performance management, and operational improvement;
• Skill in
• Oral and written communication; Interpersonal skills; Organizing and prioritizing work; Problem-solving and decision-making;
• Ability to

• Incumbents in this class must possess at time of appointment and retain licensure to practice professional nursing or medicine without restrictions in the state of Connecticut.
