Job Summary
Looking for an experienced customer-facing Program Manager to lead onsite coordination and governance for the App Simplification program. The role will manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, resource planning, risks/dependencies, delivery milestones and onsite-offshore coordination. The candidate should have strong program management, application modernization/migration understanding, executive communication, governance and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to drive delivery from planning through successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary onsite interface between the Informa customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.Own end-to-end program governance, planning, execution, tracking, and status reporting for the App Simplification initiative.Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, and actions are actively managed.Work closely with application, business, architecture, testing, migration, and support teams to ensure smooth execution.Drive resource and capacity planning, including identifying skill gaps and coordinating resource alignment with offshore teams.Conduct governance meetings, provide management-level reporting, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.Manage customer expectations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the program.Support application assessment, simplification, modernization/migration planning, and execution governance.Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and operational processes.
