Role Description
The Program Manager is a part-time role responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the network’s events, initiatives, and member engagement activities.
This hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site responsibilities for meetups and events, and remote work for planning, communication, and administration.
Day-to-day tasks include designing and managing the events calendar, liaising with chapter leads, managing online and offline forums, and ensuring consistent communication across the network’s channels.
The Program Manager will collaborate with volunteers and partners, handle logistics for monthly meetups, and support the promotion of job postings and referrals.
The role also involves monitoring program performance, gathering feedback from members, and recommending improvements to enhance community value and growth.
Qualifications
- Program and event management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse HR professionals and build relationships.
- Experience with online community management, social media, and digital collaboration tools.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple initiatives in a part-time, hybrid setting.
- Background in Human Resources, community building, or professional networks is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working independently, taking initiative, and collaborating with volunteers and cross-location chapters.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Based in Dubai, with flexibility to attend in-person meetups and occasional events in the UAE.
