Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Program Manager role based in Dubai.
The Program Manager will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple programs to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Daily responsibilities include defining program roadmaps, coordinating tasks and resources, managing budgets and timelines, tracking milestones, and preparing progress reports for stakeholders.
The role also involves identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between internal teams, partners, and clients.
The Program Manager will continuously evaluate program performance, recommend improvements, and support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven program or project management experience, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting across multiple initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating clear, consistent communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to assess risks, manage dependencies, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar) and common office software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Experience working on-site in a client-focused or service-oriented environment, ideally within the Dubai or broader GCC market.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful approach in all interactions.
