This part-time hybrid role in Dubai offers the opportunity to manage and oversee various programs at Return Arbo.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects, overseeing timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
will also include evaluating program performance and implementing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
While the role requires some in-office collaboration in Dubai, a portion of the work can be completed remotely.
Qualifications
- Project and Program Management expertise, including strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Stakeholder Communication, Decision-Making, and Leadership
- Risk Assessment, Problem-Solving, and Strategic Thinking abilities
- Experience with Data Analysis and Performance Evaluation
- Proficient in using project management tools and technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with the local market and regulatory environment in Dubai is a plus
- Flexible and adaptable to working both on-site and remotely
