Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Program Manager based in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Program Manager will lead and oversee key projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities
include managing timelines, budgets, and resources; collaborating with diverse teams to deliver successful outcomes; and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Additionally, the Program Manager will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and foster effective stakeholder communication to ensure project alignment and success.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including experience with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in team collaboration and stakeholder communication, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Problem-solving and risk management capabilities for identifying and mitigating project challenges.
- Experience in strategic planning and aligning projects with organizational goals.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience in technology, AI, or similar innovative industries is highly desirable.
