Role Description
The Program Manager at Radiant Skin & Aesthetic Hub will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of programs and initiatives that support clinic operations and client experience.
This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing treatment packages and wellness programs, aligning schedules and resources, tracking timelines, and monitoring program performance against defined goals.
The Program Manager will collaborate with clinical staff, front-desk teams, and external partners to improve workflows, maintain documentation, and support compliance with internal standards and local regulations.
The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing basic data to inform decisions, supporting marketing or client engagement campaigns related to new programs, and continuously refining processes for efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Program and project coordination skills, including planning, organizing tasks, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables.
- Operational and administrative skills, such as documentation, basic budgeting support, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, including stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Client service mindset, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally, support a positive client journey, and work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with basic data analysis, identifying process gaps, and proposing practical improvements.
- Proficiency with common office and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, scheduling software); familiarity with clinic or appointment systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience in program management, operations, or coordination roles; experience in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work part time in a hybrid setup in Dubai, manage priorities independently, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
