Role overview

Compensation
- Salaried rate: CAD 57 to CAD 67 per hour.
- Incorporated business rate: CAD 68 to CAD 78 per hour.
Contract and schedule
- 12-month contract with possibility of extension.
- Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid work arrangement with three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage data governance roadmap and delivery initiatives; gather and document business requirements.
- Create and prioritize epics, features, and user stories; lead agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery teams.
- Engage business and technology stakeholders; monitor risks, dependencies, and progress.
- Develop executive presentations, status reports, and business cases.
- Drive governance adoption, training, and change management; track KPIs, adoption, and value realization.
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in program management, product management, data governance, data and analytics, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Strong program or product management experience with Agile delivery and business acumen.
- Data governance expertise, including metadata, data quality, lineage, access, controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms and tools such as Databricks Unity Catalog, Azure, Informatica IDMC, Power BI, JIRA, and related analytics tools.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management, executive communication, presentation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational leadership.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Financial services or regulated-industry experience; governance operating-model and business-case experience.
- Agile, Scrum, PMP, Data Governance, Cloud Technologies, or Product Management certifications.
