You'll be a highly credible program leader who thrives in complex environments and can bring structure, clarity and momentum to large-scale transformation initiatives.
You'll bring:
Significant experience delivering large and complex technology programs.
Proven experience as a Program Manager leading multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and executive audiences.
Expertise in program governance, risk management, dependency management and delivery reporting.
Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including the ability to assess impacts and develop practical solutions.
Excellent roadmapping and planning skills with the ability to connect strategic outcomes to delivery execution.
Experience within regulated industries such as health, financial services or insurance will be highly regarded.
Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or similar are desirable.
