The Program Manager is responsible for the overall success of customer product portfolios, from initial quote through multiple product life cycles.

The role works with support from Engineering and Continuous Improvement teams and serves as the primary technical customer interface.

Monitor customers’ business environments for potential new product developments.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

More than 5 years of project-management experience is an asset.
A PMP or CAPM designation, or experience deemed relevant, is requested.
Understand technical, manufacturing, engineering, and supply-chain aspects of the industry.
Sheet metal and machining expertise are assets.
Experience managing complex manufacturing projects.
Entrepreneurship, customer orientation, excellent judgment, and strong decision-making skills.
Available for travel.
Mastery of French and English.
