Program Manager, AI and Gemini App Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management across critical cross-marketing initiatives, starting with early access/influencers, red teaming, and GTM enablement programs.
• Orchestrate multiple workstreams within a cross-functional program, proactively identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks.
• Act as the vanguard for the team’s AI transformation, transitioning manual, fragmented templates, tools and processes into automated, real-time ones.
• Act as a strategic bridge and escalation point across Product, Marketing, Legal, Comms, and regional teams to eliminate silos.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment. - Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in process improvement or Lean Six Sigma. - Experience in the business technology market as a program manager in SaaS, cloud computing, or emerging technologies. - Experience with cross-functional engineering, sales, and marketing teams in cloud computing or related fields. - Experience managing expectations, needs, and priorities of executive internal stakeholders based on the overall goal and program success. - Experience working effectively on a product, team, or process.
