Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in organizational development, education, nursing, instructional design, or a related clinical field
  • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in project management, change management, healthcare technology, or related work, including experience leading initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and professional communication skills
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational and program management skills
  • Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of change management, adult learning theories, and workforce adoption principles and ability to apply them
  • Ability to use data, feedback, and performance measures to evaluate adoption, identify opportunities, and inform decision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other tools used to support program management, analysis, communication, and collaboration
