Program Compliance Officer

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

A few years of experience working in the Property Management Industry or affordable housing industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, working knowledge of Outlook, proficiency in Internet functionality.

Must be able inspect the properties by navigating the buildings, stairways, and grounds.

Valid driver’s license.

Up to 75% of travel is required.

Affordable housing programs and in-depth knowledge of LIHTC and HUD Occupancy Handbook 4350.3.

Industry Certifications (HCCP, COS, AHM, TaCCs, C3P, SCHM) are preferred.

Hiring Range: ​$ 71,000 - $96,500
