Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, public administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of relevant program analysis or administrative support experience
  • Experience supporting DoD or Navy program offices, including familiarity with program planning, scheduling, or reporting
  • Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher)

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with NAVSEA processes, acquisition documentation, or PMS 340 mission areas
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to support senior‑level briefings
