Role overview

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs.
• Use advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
• Establish study methods and evaluate complex program operations.
• Participate in meetings and projects with stakeholders, staff, and project managers to develop actionable solutions across business units and initiatives.
• Assess and respond to highly complex, time-sensitive issues.
• Review requirements and documentation to identify cross-initiative dependencies and ensure consistent approaches across the enterprise or command.
• Develop queries, analyses, or reports from applications for operations or management staff.
• Provide guidance or technical supervision to less experienced staff.
• Develop executive briefings.
• Support business development as needed, including technical interviews, technical documentation, proposal writing, and proposal color reviews.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience, or high school diploma and 13 years of experience.
• Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 10–15 pounds at a time.

Workplace and travel

• The position is 100% remote.
• Travel requirement is less than 10%.

Compensation and schedule

• This is a part-time role paying $75 per hour.
• Final compensation depends on factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
