I’m currently working on a really exciting opportunity for someone who loves bringing structure to fast-moving environments and making things actually happen.
This is not a “sit back and report” kind of role.
This is for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action, keeping multiple initiatives on track, and helping teams deliver at a high level.
💡 What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping multiple projects and initiatives running smoothly
- Tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables across teams
- Building dashboards and reports that actually mean something
- Jumping in to unblock issues and keep momentum going
- Working closely with operations, digital teams, and external partners
🚀 What I’m looking for:
- 3–7 years in PMO, operations, consulting, or program delivery
- Someone super organised, detail-focused, and structured
- Strong with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting
- Comfortable working across different teams and stakeholders
- Bonus if you’ve been around digital platforms, government, or real estate environments
