Evans is seeking a Program Analyst for a growing contract supporting the Federal Aviation Administration.
The role provides project coordination, implementation control, and program support for a complex deployment involving engineering, telecommunications, procurement, installation, and stakeholder dependencies.
Work location
- The role is on site five days per week at FAA Headquarters in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Support deployment planning and execution; manage project artifacts, repositories, and document version control.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, agendas, workstream actions, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Prepare minutes, briefings, reports, and executive presentations; analyze metrics, trends, and performance.
- Validate data and records, support implementation control, and conduct process and workflow assessments.
- Facilitate technical interchange meetings and support stakeholder communications, quality reviews, and governance initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Project management and organization skills, FAA consulting experience, and experience facilitating or leading meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients, work proactively, and perform with limited supervision.
- Strong formal communication, attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.

Compensation
- The provided salary range is $110,000–$120,000 yearly.
