Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Professional Services Consultant to work on a contract basis.

This role involves designing and implementing AI-driven solutions tailored to enterprise client needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end professional services engagements, including discovery, solution design, and implementation.
  • Work with clients to identify business challenges and recommend AI-driven strategies for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients on integrating AI solutions into existing workflows.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, machine learning, or related technology domains with 3+ years of professional services experience.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and their implementation challenges.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed team environments.
