Role Overview
The Professional Recruiter I is responsible for efficiently recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates for positions throughout OSF HealthCare. Responsible for gaining thorough knowledge of assigned job categories and creating internal and external partnerships. Screens and identifies candidates that are the best fit for OSF and provides feedback and guidance to managers throughout the recruitment process. Serves as an OSF brand ambassador and subject matter expert for their job categories at various events.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Professional Recruiter I is responsible for efficiently recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates for positions throughout OSF HealthCare. Responsible for gaining thorough knowledge of assigned job categories and creating internal and external partnerships. Screens and identifies candidates that are the best fit for OSF and provides feedback and guidance to managers throughout the recruitment process. Serves as an OSF brand ambassador and subject matter expert for their job categories at various events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year of work experience in a Human resources or business / professional office setting.
- Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Previous recruitment experience.
