Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Painter Foreman to lead our painting crew in delivering exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial painting, with proven leadership skills and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
The Painter Foreman will be responsible for coordinating and supervising painting projects, ensuring that quality standards are met, and safety protocols are followed.
Responsibilities
**Project Management:**Oversee and coordinate painting projects from start to finish.
Schedule and assign tasks to painting crew members.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
**Quality Control:**Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
Address any issues or defects promptly and effectively.
Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed.
**Team Leadership:**Lead and motivate the painting crew to achieve project goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
**Safety Compliance:**Enforce safety guidelines and protocols on job sites.
Conduct safety meetings and training sessions.
Investigate and report any accidents or incidents.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Painter Foreman or similar role in the painting industry.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
