- Howmet Engines is a world-class producer of aero engine and industrial gas turbine components, including airfoils, rings, disks and forgings. Howmet Dover Casting is a world-class supplier of complex, investment-cast turbine airfoils and other components for the aircraft engine and industrial gas turbine industries. Howmet Dover Alloy is a world-class supplier of vacuum and air-melted nickel- and cobalt-based superalloys to aerospace, gas turbine, medical and other high-technology industrial markets.
- Howmet Aerospace is currently looking a Wax Team Workcell to join our Howmet Casting located in Dover, New Jersey. The work hours for this Afternoon position are Monday-Friday 2:30PM-10:30PM. Training on Day Shift M-F 6:30AM - 2:30PM.
- New Hire Starting Hourly Rate: $24.24; After 12 Months: $26.96
- Position will receive an hourly "shift premium" while assigned to an off-shift

- POSITION OVERVIEW
- This job assists in the set up and creation of wax molds.
- ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITES
- Expected to assist in the implementation of EHS Values and policy statements and accompanying principals.
- Comply with all department, facility, corporate and regulatory EHS regulations.
- Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report all job related illness and injuries (Per Employee Handbook).
- Report all safety, health and environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.
- Attend all EHS training.
- ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Have the ability to adapt and perform various manufacturing tasks to support schedules. Duties include: Wax Injection, Wax Inspection, Wax Setup (assembly), Core Prep, and use of Aussie Bds.
- Job can include variety of assignments
- Other duties as might be assigned by supervision.
- Performs cell support duties
- Must successfully pass wax cell training program and vision testing requirements
