Production Test Technician 2

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-frequency response testing for probe test products, including testing cores and custom PCB board designs and configurations.
• Conduct RF response profiling for core and PCB products, including inductance measurement, frequency response analysis, reflectance, and length matching.
• Integrate and validate electronic components as part of the testing process.
• Perform all technical duties of Production Test Technician I and II as required to support production needs.
• Attain expert-level proficiency with test systems and serve as a trainer and mentor for other technicians on testing processes and methodologies.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase throughput, improve yield, and enhance overall test efficiency.
• Manage prioritization and execution of testing activities to maximize output based on product runs, test processes, and customer or internal due dates.
• Monitor quality metrics within test areas and proactively address assembly quality issues, trends, and recurring defects.
• Read and interpret assembly documentation, including Bills of Material (BOMs), schematics, and detailed assembly instructions.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations, including tolerance stack-up summations, to support testing and analysis.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and evaluate Statistical Process Control (SPC) data to support quality and process stability.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate specialized test and measurement equipment according to documented procedures.
• Safely handle chemicals such as solvents and adhesives in compliance with all safety rules, procedures, and environmental requirements.

• Pay Range:
• $18.80 - $24.68
• Pay Range Explained:
• This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $18.80 and $24.68 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
