- Provide top-tier production support for banking systems related to loans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for tracking and documenting support activities.

- 5-10 years of experience in Java or .NET development.
- Prior experience in the banking domain, specifically with loan systems, is highly desirable.
