About Us
Brand Art Advertisements is a growing company specializing in **Advertising, Branding, Signage, and Printing Solutions**.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Production Supervisor** to join our team and oversee daily production operations while ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely project delivery.
Position: Production SupervisorRequirements
- ✅ **Minimum 3+ years of Production Supervisor experience in the UAE (MANDATORY)**
- ✅ **Must have hands-on experience in the Signage and Advertising industry**
- ✅ Strong knowledge of:
- Indoor and outdoor signage production
- Branding and advertising projects
- Printing processes and materials
- Installation coordination and site execution
- Production planning and scheduling
- Quality control and safety standards
- ✅ Ability to supervise production staff and coordinate with designers, project managers, suppliers, and installers
- ✅ Good communication and leadership skills
- ✅ UAE driving license is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and workforce.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate production schedules with the sales and project teams.
- Monitor material usage and inventory requirements.
- Oversee signage fabrication, branding, printing, and installation processes.
- Implement productivity improvements and maintain workplace safety.
- Ensure customer specifications and deadlines are achieved.
