The ideal candidate understands manufacturing processes, print specifications, and workflow optimization, and can ensure consistent, high-quality output across production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee Flatbed UV printing production to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Manage daily production schedules and coordinate jobs from artwork approval through final output.
- Perform quality inspections and maintain strict standards for color accuracy, finishing, and dimensional tolerances.
- Troubleshoot printing and production issues to minimize downtime and material wastage.
- Ensure proper machine maintenance and adherence to operational procedures.
- Coordinate with designers and operators to ensure files are production-ready and manufacturable.
Requirements
- **Relevant experience**
- in manufacturing environments.
- Strong hands-on experience operating and managing Flatbed UV printing equipment.
- Proven background in
- quality control and production operations
- .
- Solid understanding of print production workflows, color management, substrates, and finishing processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with multiple substrates.
- Familiarity with RIP software and color management processes.
- Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Rhino is an advantage.
- Experience working alongside tooling teams, machine operators, or in custom manufacturing environments.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
