Education and Experience:
- An associate’s degree or higher is required; Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing or related field, preferably as a Supervisor, or similar position is required.
- Candidates without a degree will be considered provided they have 6+ years of direct supervisory experience.
- This position requires leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience.
- Prior supervisory experience in pharmaceutical, food or cosmetic manufacturing is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
- Manufacturing environment, clean room / gowning, office environment.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection. May also be required to work in areas requiring additional gowning.
- Must be able to stand for extended period of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
