Role overview

Workplace and schedule

• Onsite at the Marion manufacturing facility.
• Third shift, Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities to meet customer demand according to the level plan.
• Drive department improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives.
• Implement World Class Manufacturing methods and tools in daily operations.
• Direct, develop, support, and assess team members.
• Complete daily time and attendance records in UKG for direct reports.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years supervising or leading a team in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Engineering preferred.
• Computer skills, including Google Workspace, preferred.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing large teams preferred.
• Teamwork, communication, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and project management skills or experience preferred.
