Opportunity

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents across client environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide findings to development teams.
• Analyze application, infrastructure, and integration logs for issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Support deployments, upgrades, client testing, and UAT.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
• Improve reliability, monitoring, and support processes; participate in incident response and out-of-hours support when required.

Essential experience

• Relevant technical qualification is ideal.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications in production support, application support, or software engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, SQL, data analysis, reporting, and data correction scripting skills.
• Experience with Java-based enterprise applications and reviewing logs to diagnose application or integration issues.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations; experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.

Work arrangement
