Role Description
The Production Planning Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role involves developing and maintaining production plans to meet training schedules, client commitments, and resource availability.
The Production Planning Manager will coordinate with trainers, administrative staff, and external partners to align facility, staffing, and material requirements with training program timelines.
Daily tasks include creating and updating production schedules, tracking progress against plans, resolving capacity or scheduling conflicts, and optimizing resource utilization.
The role also requires monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data to improve planning processes, and recommending adjustments to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Schedules to align resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Strong Planning and Production Management skills to coordinate activities, manage capacity, and ensure on-time delivery of training programs.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
- Experience in operations, supply chain, or training center scheduling is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with diverse, multicultural teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with planning or ERP software and solid MS Excel skills are an advantage.
