The position is identified in the description as Planning Lead and reports to the Plant Head or Operations Head.
Qualifications and experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- MBA in Operations is preferred.
- Requires 8–15 years in transmission tower, structural fabrication, or heavy engineering, including at least 3–5 years in planning or PPC leadership.
Preferred experience and knowledge
- EPC or transmission line project experience is preferred.
- Exposure to PGCIL, export orders, or large-scale projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or production optimization tools is preferred.
Location and work arrangement
- The description lists Deoli Wardha as the location and specifies in-person work.
Pay
- ₹70,000–₹80,000 per month.
