Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate planning for production and raw-material procurement.
- Ensure production and vendors adhere to schedules and achieve TOM; resolve bottlenecks and issues.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
- Design and oversee steps to reduce rejection rates and idle time.
- Undertake projects focused on cost reduction, delivery efficiency, and improved inventory management.
- Manage the PPC team.
