Production Operator

We are excited to announce we have a number of permanent full-time Production Operator positions available within our production team with SPC Shepparton.

These roles provide an excellent opportunity for experienced and skilled Production Operators to join a dynamic manufacturing environment and utilise their technical skills and production knowledge.

Positions will be available across all 3 shifts.

Strong experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing.

Sound technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to understand equipment, identify issues and respond appropriately.

Demonstrated experience working to production targets, quality requirements and operational procedures.

A strong understanding of workplace health and safety, food safety and quality standards.

The ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve production issues, escalating concerns when required.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality.

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with Production Leaders and team members.

A proactive, reliable and accountable approach to work.

The ability to consistently follow procedures, instructions and safe work practices.

A willingness to learn new processes, develop technical skills and contribute to continuous improvement.
