Production Operator (Second Shift)

Streamline Glass is seeking a second-shift Production Operator to support our state-of-the-art glass manufacturing facility.

This versatile position will work across multiple production areas, including cutting, fabrication, and CNC operations, helping maintain efficient workflow while upholding the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn multiple processes through cross-training, and has experience with or familiarity with CNC machinery.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on team player with excellent technical skills.

Please note that this position will begin on first shift (approx. 8:00 am to 4:00 pm), and then transition to second shift (approx. 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm) within 4-6 weeks.

• Assist at multiple stations where needed, including cutting, fabrication, and the CNC machine
• Operate and monitor production equipment and automated machinery
• Maintain production flow while meeting quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
• Apply Diamon-Fusion® coating to glass products

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to routinely lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
• Experience with safety protocols
• Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus but not required
