Based at our Minto site, this is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, quality and teamwork are front and centre.We are currently looking for Production Operators to join the team on day or night shift, supporting key production and manufacturing activities across the site.About the roleReporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping production running efficiently and safely. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in quality, and thrives in a team-based environment.You'll be working Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm or 10pm - 6am, offering consistency & work-life balance.Key responsibilitiesOperate plant and equipment to meet daily production targetsManually remove the panels from conveyors and pack them.Manually pick and pack corners assemblies.Follow standard operating procedures and work instructionsMonitor product quality and identify defects and document checks.Carry out basic troubleshooting and support maintenance activitiesMaintain a clean and organised work areaContribute to safety initiatives and continuous improvementAbout youExperience in a manufacturing or production environmentForklift licence preferred Strong focus on safety and doing things the right wayGood attention to detail and quality standardsPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingMechanically minded with a practical, hands-on approachReliable, punctual and a strong team playerClear communication skillsWhat's in it for youWe strive to support your professional and personal growth.
