Role Description
The Production Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role is responsible for operating production machinery and equipment, monitoring production lines, and ensuring safe and efficient workflows in accordance with established procedures.
The Production Operator will conduct basic quality checks, document production data, and collaborate with team members to meet daily output targets.
The role also includes supporting equipment setup and changeovers, reporting issues or deviations, and assisting in routine maintenance activities.
In addition, the Production Operator will participate in training initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of production processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in machine operation and working with production lines.
- Candidates should possess skills related to quality control and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
- Candidates should possess experience in training or mentoring colleagues on production procedures and equipment use.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments is beneficial.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, interpret basic drawings or process documentation, and use standard production tools.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and readiness to work in shift patterns as required.
- Relevant vocational qualification or technical certification in production, mechanics, or a related field is an advantage.
