- Rigorous attention to detail, strong team player with a continuous improvement mindset, comfortable utilizing laboratory equipment, and sharp digital dexterity to work with ERP software.
- Proven ability to work under strict safety guidelines (OH&S) and compliance frameworks (GMP/ISO 13485) within a regulated manufacturing environment. Familiarity with SAP R3 or similar systems is highly valued. Education : Background or certification in manufacturing, laboratory operations, life sciences, engineering, or a related industrial discipline.
