GRIVOT, a human resources consulting and services company, is recruiting a Production Manager on behalf of a leading company.
The role leads production and operational activities at a central food and beverage production facility.
The facility supplies products to more than 70 branches in required quantities, quality standards, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily production and operational activities across all departments within the central facility.
- Develop production plans based on branch demand, forecasts, and available capacity.
- Ensure timely product availability for more than 70 branches while maintaining consistent quality and required quantities.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehousing, Quality, and Logistics to ensure material availability and uninterrupted supply.
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety standards and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Improve productivity, optimize resource utilization, and reduce waste, downtime, and production costs.
- Lead and develop production teams, monitor KPIs, and coordinate preventive maintenance to maintain operational readiness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience leading and managing food and beverage production and operations, including experience in a central production facility.
- Proven experience managing production and supply requirements for a large branch network, preferably 70 or more branches.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management, inventory coordination, and cost control.
- Strong practical knowledge of food safety systems including HACCP and GMP, occupational health and safety, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, production reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
