Main responsibilities
- Manage suppliers, parts, inventory levels, procurement, and planning.
- Help implement and maintain an MRP system; coordinate assembly, order preparation, shipping, and delivery follow-up.
- Review product quality, investigate defects, and implement corrective actions.
- Create procedures, production dashboards, and scalable workflows.
- Manage and support assemblers.
- Integrate AI and automation tools where relevant.
Qualifications and assets
- Degree in industrial, mechanical, automation, or manufacturing engineering, or a related field; recent graduates are welcome.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English.
- Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, production, and quality assurance.
- Able to assist with 3D printing, basic soldering, technical adjustments, and design files.
- Knowledge of KiCad, Fusion 360, or SolidWorks is a major asset.
- Comfortable with AI tools, spreadsheets, MRP systems, new technologies, and varied responsibilities in a growing SME.
- Organized, autonomous, resourceful, and able to prioritize.
Compensation
- Salary range is $70,000 to $100,000 per year.
