We're Hiring: **Production Manager – Joinery & Paint Works**
Job Overview
We are looking for a **Production Manager** with strong expertise in **joinery and paint works**, capable of managing factory operations, production planning, and quality control.
The ideal candidate will have at least **10 years of experience** in managing joinery production (wood, furniture, fit-out) and overseeing painting/finishing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities in joinery and paint departments
- Plan production schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with design and site teams to understand technical requirements
- Supervise the manufacturing of custom furniture, woodwork, and interior elements
- Monitor quality standards, finishing, and materials
- Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness of production areas
- Maintain inventory levels and manage raw material procurement
Requirements
- Minimum **10 years of UAE experience** in **joinery and paint production**
- Strong knowledge of **wood machinery, finishing materials, and paint types**
- Ability to read and interpret **shop drawings and BOQs**
- Experience in managing factory teams and production timelines
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
