Rukooz Woodworking LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead and oversee our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all production activities within the factory.
- Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Lead production teams, supervisors, and operators.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Planning departments.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase output.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in joinery or woodworking manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and custom joinery production.
- Experience with CNC machines, panel processing, assembly, and finishing operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- UAE experience is preferred.
