Production Manager ( Interior fit outs)

Working Hours – Mon – Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM – 6 PM

We are seeking a results-driven Production Manager with strong experience in interior fit-out and joinery manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Assess project requirements, conduct site measurements, and plan resource allocation

Prepare project cost estimates and issue job orders for production

Manage procurement of raw materials and ensure cost-effective purchasing

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production costs and enhance efficiency

Ensure all production outputs meet required quality standards and specifications

Plan and organize workflow in line with project timelines and delivery schedules

Supervise production teams including foremen, laborers, and drivers, and evaluate performance

Schedule and oversee maintenance of machinery and equipment

Maintain accurate inventory records of tools and raw materials in the warehouse

Manage production planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple projects

Develop and implement production policies and procedures in line with management objectives

Ensure total quality management of processes and finished products

Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions

Enforce housekeeping and safety standards to maintain a clean and efficient work environment

Monitor stock levels in coordination with accounts and administration teams

Implement waste reduction initiatives and promote a zero-waste culture

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in a similar role within the interior fit-out / joinery industry

Strong knowledge of production planning, cost control, and materials management

Experience in supervising workshop and site production teams

Solid understanding of quality standards and fit-out processes

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage

UAE driving license preferred
