Overview
- We are looking for a driven Production Manager for a furniture manufacturing facility in Riyadh.
- This role involves overseeing daily production operations and ensuring quality standards are met while optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.
- The main responsibilities include:
- Managing and monitoring daily production operations within the factory.
- Planning production and monitoring the implementation of operational plans.
- Supervising workers and technicians and distributing tasks.
- Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Improving productivity and reducing waste and operational costs.
- Coordinating with purchasing, maintenance, and inventory departments.
- Preparing regular reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing.
- Previous experience in supervising production teams.
- Good knowledge of quality systems and factory management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.
Conditions
- Aged between 28 and 33 years.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Preferred candidates with experience in manufacturing plants that rely on MTO (Make to Order) production.
