- Ability to:
- Read, interpret and analyze safety rules, procedure manuals, work instructions, technical procedures and engineering drawings.
- Prioritize and manage time effectively and multitasking.
- Comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly, and concisely in English.
- Education & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Experience with CAD CAM preferred.
- Experience in PCE manufacturing at least 10 years.
- Experience in building team through attracting top talent, creating a collaborative and learning environment, coaching and developing direct reports and holding people accountable for achieving results.
- Experience managing customer-supplier relationships and working with both for value creation and waste elimination.
- Good communication skills.
- Should Have working on SAP or Any ERP system.
