Production Manager

Position overview

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales and Service teams on plant tours, customer expectations, and quality issues to support business growth and retention.
• Build an engaged, supportive, and diverse workforce.
• Promote safety and ensure production operations comply with corporate audits, policies, and safety, health, and environmental protocols.
• Maintain safety scorecard and fatality prevention programs and involve employees in safety and ergonomic improvements.
• Coordinate with location leaders to meet shared goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain communication with Service teams, branch leadership, and stakeholders through meetings, calls, route rides, and branch visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Attendance is an essential job function.
• Must be able to work multiple shifts with variable schedules.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Two years of industry experience preferred.
