Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Production Manager at TR M&M EXPRESS, based in Dubai with flexibility for some remote work.
The Production Manager will oversee and coordinate production schedules, monitor operations for efficiency and compliance, manage resources, and ensure quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
include supervising production teams, maintaining budgets, optimizing production workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that safety regulations are adhered to.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management, scheduling, and workflow optimization
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
