Production Manager

Job Summary

Primary Duties

• · Own and continuously improve plant processes, increasing efficiencies and productivity without compromising product quality.
• · Manage production schedules to meet fabrication and installation goals, ensuring labor and resources align with operational demand.
• · Lead daily scheduling, crew coordination, and prioritization of job assignments to meet customer expectations.
• · Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, quality specifications, sanitation practices, and regulatory requirements.
• · Oversee production equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• · Inspect the quality of work in progress and ensure finished products meet all specifications.
• · Act as a key problem solver for staff, offering guidance and support in resolving daily operational issues.
• · Maintain and generate daily production reports, ensuring accurate output and performance tracking operational.
• · Partner with cross-functional departments to resolve production challenges.
• · Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• · Occasionally drive a company vehicle to job sites or project areas.
• · Assist in physical inventory counts and reporting.
• · May be assigned facility maintenance duties as needed.
